It features the applied latest catalyst coating technology and each cell is manufactured from high purity expanded titanium electrode material for easy electrolyte flow. Vchlorin cells are available for 4 applications in 6 models each as seen below. Vchlorin cells are designed to operate at a maximum salt concentration 5000ppm although some of our cells will operate above this level.

REVERSE POLARITY:

To eliminate manual cleaning of the cell by using diluted acid bath, Vchlorin developed auto clean (reverse polarity) cell, uses the latest technology delivering a salt water chlorinator employing very specialized, highest quality electrodes and sophisticated electronic circuitry to perform this cleaning function automatically for you. Using the in built timer, the power pack has a memory function that reverses the cell polarity to achieve auto cleaning, allowing you more time for pool side enjoyment.

During chlorination, half of the cell electrodes are unavoidably plated with calcium deposits, whilst the others electrodes are automatically cleaned. However, during the next chlorination cycle, the reverse occurs. The electrodes plated with calcium on the previous cycle (i.e.: producing sodium hypochlorite) are now being cleaned, and the electrodes, which were cleaned, are now being plated.
